Venue Rental Pricing 

FountainGlenn facility rentals include tables & chair for 100 guests. (Page-down for add-on options and all-inclusive wedding packages)

• Saturday Rentals (6-hours):                            $1,995.00
• Friday or Sunday Rentals (4-hours):                 $   995.00
• Weekday Rental (3-hour minimum):                  $200/hour
• Additional Time – for setup & rehearsal:            $200/hour

All-Inclusive Wedding Packages

FountainGlenn wedding packages include the use of our indoor chapel, outdoor wedding gazebo, reception hall, chairs, tables, table linens*, centerpieces, speaker system and dance-floor. 

Value Package Special – $2,995.00

 (plus $18.95 for each guest over 100)

• This package is available Sunday thru Friday until 10:00pm
  (Saturdays not included).
• Includes two-meat BBQ dinner with 3 sides for up to 100 guests.
• Use of table linens are not included with this package and can be added for $399.00*.

Basic Wedding Package – $3,995.00

(plus $19.95 for each guest over 100)

If you’re looking for something simple, yet tasteful for your special day, the Basic Wedding Package provides a complete wedding ceremony and reception with a choice from the following menu and a beverage:

• Formal BBQ Feast – choice of three meats & three side dishes
• Fajita Dinner – beef and chicken fajitas, beans and rice
• Traditional Lasagna – with salad and choice of one side dish
• Herb Chicken Breast – with salad and choice of two side dishes
• Tricolored Cheese Tortellini – with salad & choice of one side dish
• Light Hors D’ Oeuvres – perfect for an afternoon reception

Traditional Wedding Package – $6,995.00

(plus $29.95 for each guest over 100)

The Traditional Wedding Package provides a complete wedding ceremony and choice of reception. This package includes the following items:

• Professional DJ for ceremony and reception
• An enhanced Bride’s and Groom’s Cake
• TABC bar package and required security
• Choice of buffet service from our Traditional Menu
• Choice of two non-alcoholic beverages
• Standard chair covers and sashes for reception

Event Requirements and Stipulations:

• An additional fee of $5.00 per guest will be charged for each person over 100.
• TABC Bartender(s) and Police Officers provided by FountainGlenn are required when alcohol is served.
• One hour of rehearsal time is included with Saturday Wedding Packages. However, the exact date and/or time of the rehearsal is subject to change in the event of a paid booking falling on the rehearsal day.
• Sales tax is 8.25%
